Fresh wind
Ingredients:
20-40 ml Skagen Bjesk – the light one
20 ml white wine
20 ml organic shelf elder juice
15 ml of fresh lime juice
60 ml apple juice
½ apple
Procedure:
Mortar * ½ apple in the shaker. Add all the ingredients, shake with ice cream. Strain and pour into the glass.
Garnish:
Apple slice on the glass.
* Mortar means to crush, or bump the fruit into the shaker with a blunt implement – e.g. a bump from a mortar.
