Lime in the glass
Ingredients:
20-40 ml Skagen Bjesk – that has been aged on berries.
½ lime cut into cubes
Small handful of fresh berries
1 tsp. Skagen Heather Honey
30 ml of juice
Juice, using:
Crowberries and crowberry bjesk: 15 ml apple & 15 ml cranberry
Cranberry and cranberry bjesk: 30 ml cranberry juice
Sea buckthorn and sea buckthorn bjesk: 30 ml apple juice
Procedure:
Pour the bjesk into a separate glass, add heather honey and stir until the honey is dissolved. In new glass mortar lime cubes with the fresh berries. Add juice and bjesk with the honey. Add crushed ice, stir and serve.
