Village juice

Ingredients:

20-40 ml Skagen Bjesk – the light coloured one
30 ml orange juice
30 ml pineapple juice
2 tsp. organic orange marmalade.
2 slices of ginger, the size of 2 x five kroners pieces
7.5 ml of fresh lemon juice

 

Procedure:

Mortar ginger. Add the rest of the ingredients. Shake with ice. Strain and pour into the glass.

Garnish:
5 thin slices of ginger, spread out like a tab.
